How much are official shoes in Nairobi at eCAD?

Every official pair is fixed between KES 2,400 and KES 3,000. The price on the website is the price at the counter — we do not haggle, and nobody pays more for asking differently.

What sizes do you stock?

EU 40 to 45. Stock is shown per size on every product page, and we confirm the size stamped inside the shoe before it is packed.

Do you deliver official shoes across Nairobi?

Yes. Nairobi CBD is KES 200. Outside the CBD it starts at KES 400 and goes up with distance — we confirm the rider's fee with you before dispatch. Delivery inside the CBD is free on 3 pairs or more. Order before 4PM for same-day dispatch, or collect free from the shop in about an hour.

What is the difference between an oxford and a derby?

An oxford has closed lacing — the eyelet flaps are stitched under the vamp, giving a sleeker, more formal line. A derby has open lacing, which leaves more room across the instep. If oxfords pinch the top of your foot, take the derby.

Can I exchange official shoes if the size is wrong?

Yes — free exchange within 48 hours, unworn and with your receipt. Bring the pair to the shop or the rider swaps it at your door for the standard delivery fee.

How do I pay?

M-Pesa STK push, Airtel Money, Visa or Mastercard via Pesapal, or cash on delivery, paid to the rider when your pair arrives.
