Cut-off and timing

Orders confirmed before 4PM go out the same day.
After 4PM, your pair is packed that evening and dispatched first thing the next working day.
Picking up? Give us about an hour and the pair is waiting at the counter in your size.

Free delivery

Orders of 3 pairs or more ship free inside the CBD. That is the whole rule — there is no order value that earns it, and it does not apply outside the CBD, where the rider is paid by distance and we would be waiving a fee we do not yet know.

Promo codes we send on WhatsApp can also cover delivery — enter yours at checkout and the summary updates before you pay.

Paying the rider

Cash on delivery is available. Nothing is paid when you place the order — you pay the rider the full amount when your pair arrives, and your receipt follows by email.
